Association of Christian Tanzanians in States
The Association of Christian Tanzanians in States (ACTS) Inc., serve
the whole of North America. We are committed to affirm and experience our
interrelationship with all of Christian community. ACTS encourage spiritual growth for the
whole person by providing encounter with scripture, conferences, the mission experience,
witness, and opportunities for worship, re-creation, and development of relationships.
Primarily in partnerships with congregations and groups of Christians in different
locations, ACTS encourages and enables people to live lives of service and witness.
What We are and Do
ACTS consists of representative
organizing body
in the United States. This network serves all ages and coordinates programs that are
both year-round and seasonal. ACTS is geared at operating as independent
nonprofit
corporation non-affiliated but registered legal entity in America, and maintain her own
board, staff and funding. We work across bible believing denominations with
objective of evangelizing, ministering and discipleship to especially swahili speakers
residing in North America.
This network is supported by the
individual Christians and Congregational Ministries. Work coordinated within the network
includes conferences, concerts, mission outreaches, youth camps, orientation information
and adjustment for new swahili speakers in USA, recreational activities etc.
